Shipping policy

At EarAholic, we strive to deliver your favourite jewellery safely and on time. 

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days from the date the order is placed, Monday to Friday. Dispatches will not take place on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Timeline

- Tamil Nadu: Within 3 working days.
- Rest of India: Within 5 to 7 working days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

- Tamil Nadu & Puducherry: ₹60
- Rest of India: ₹80

Shipping charges are per order, not per item.

4. Shipping Partners

- ST Courier: Within Tamil Nadu.
- DTDC: Across the rest of India.

5. Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable or not responding to delivery calls:

- A refund will be initiated after the parcel is received back, excluding shipping charges.
- For re-dispatch, shipping charges must be paid again.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.

7. International Shipping

For international shipping enquiries and orders, please contact us through WhatsApp.
